This policy explains what ScaleX24 does with the information you send us through this website. It is written to describe what the site actually does — nothing more.
What We Collect
We collect only what you type into the enquiry form on this site:
- Your name
- Your phone or WhatsApp number
- Your email address
- Anything you write in the optional notes box
- Your answers to three questions: your main challenge, the service you're interested in, and your timeline
- Your preferred way of being contacted
We do not ask for and do not want payment details, identity documents, or any sensitive personal information through this website.
What We Do Not Collect
This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking scripts. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not know you visited unless you contact us.
Why We Collect It
Solely to reply to your enquiry and to prepare for the call you requested. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing, and we will not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Who Else Handles It
Two third parties are involved in running this site:
- FormSubmit — the enquiry form is relayed through formsubmit.co, which forwards your submission to our email inbox. Your submission passes through their systems in transit.
- Google Fonts — the site's typeface is served by Google, so your IP address is visible to Google when the page loads.
- Calendly — only if you choose to book a time. The scheduler is not loaded at all until you click it, so nothing is sent to Calendly otherwise. If you do book, the name, email and any details you enter go to Calendly and are covered by their privacy policy.
If you click through to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, X or Instagram, you leave this site and those companies' own privacy policies apply.
How Long We Keep It
Your enquiry arrives as an email and stays in our inbox as business correspondence. If you ask us to delete it, we will.
Your Rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@scalex24.com or call +91 86559 45789 and we will action it. There is no charge and you do not need to give a reason.
